of personal attention and comfort, fantastically located for both business or pleasure.
This period country house has far-reaching, unspoilt views of the surrounding 1,300 acre farm and the countryside beyond.
The working farm run by your hosts Sam and Nicola Burton has a pedigree dairy herd, sheep flock of 650 ewes, horses, dogs,
chickens and 1000 acres of arable crops. The land is within a countryside stewardship scheme to encourage natural habitat
and wildlife. There are a number of scenic walks which include the tow path of the winding Oxford Canal which passes through the farm.
New for 2005 are three superb ground floor rooms in our courtyard barn conversion. All different in their own way, they retain many distinguished
old features and much character, but have been designed and fitted to the highest modern day standards.
